When trying to send an invitation which has populated the Location field programmatically, the router gives up with the error "CD to MIME error ... HTMLAPI Problem converting to HTML". This is specifically only happening in R8 - the same database on R7 server works OK.

Any ideas? I have tried all the combinations of outward-bound configurations, but all the same error.
